This agency playing with people time and they lie to you in the face.
They added a flat on Tuesday/(yesterday 2/04/2024), on rightmove. My wife sent a request on email late that day.
I went next day in the morning at the agency and talk face to face with lady that manages that flat, and I gave them all details even more I said to her that my wife made the request on email. She didn't not even tried to find the email saying that take time but she says to me that the flat is not free for having views at this moment.
My wife called them at lunch time and they said to her that they have already an offer and if the offer is not accepted they will call her back.
After talking my wife, I went back to the agency and asked the lady why she did not told me that they have an offer and let me to spend time on trying to get a view.
The lady laughed in my face and said that she didn't say anything of what she said to me the first time we met, even more that she had views on Saturdays and she got an offer.
They are so unprofessional!!
I am a good tenant with a fairly good annual income, we can provide reference letters from all our landlords. But I feel since I have a 2 year baby all the doors are shut for us like family and we get only lies.

We had never dealt with such a friendly, professional, kind and caring Lettings team until we met Sudan and Team (Cranbrook Lettings Ltd). We were not a number or pound sign but people were looking for a family home. Sudan was patient, helpful, honest and listened to all our needs.
Sudan has been amazing from start to finish and continues assisting us till the closure.
Nothing is too much trouble, and Sudan always has the answers.
Cranbrook Lettings Ltd. is the only place you need to visit when looking for a new home.
Even the team (Laxmi, Meenakshi and Shakira) behind the scenes are excellent and very helpful.

Worst worst worst lettings. These guys make money, they are just for the sake of money. I don't recommend this to anyone. Beware if you are taking any rooms from them. Don't know on which day you gonna stay on the road by losing money . I am telling you from my personal experience guys
