Very pleasant, friendly and well presented and punctual agents but lacked experience which I felt contributed to poor marketing and incorrect information being passed on to prospective buyers. Communication could also have been better.

When I sell a property there are two qualities I look for. Enquiries from serious buyers and rigorous follow up.I spoke to Charles Everett on a Wednesday two buyers were found by Friday and once the sale was confirmed we were ready to exchange contracts in 17 days. The buyers solicitors not the buyers insisted on a survey and so we had a short delay but exchange took place 31 days after the sale was agreed.

I have now used Crisp Cowley for two house sales and one purchase, and before that for services connected with commercial property in Bath. Employing an agent with local knowledge is, in my experience, a much better option than going to one of the large national companies. The level of personal service is far superior. Most recently, despite all the difficulties associated the Covid-19 pandemic, Crisp Cowley generated a good level of interest in my house, organised viewings in a virus-safe way and found the right buyer. I have been regularly updated and reassured throughout the process and could not be happier. I would certainly recommend the company to anyone wishing to sell or buy in Bath.
