Cromwells were professional throughout but were affected by a slowing market due to increased interest rates. This meant that they were unable to get the number of anticipated viewings and were unable to sell my house. I took the decision to move agents to try and speed up a sale but Cromwells did get some viewings and their communication was good.

At the beginning they were good but as time went on they were non-existent. Encouraged me to lower my price near the beginning and then, nothing. No contact, nothing. Then at the end they removed my listing earlier than expected, told me they had informed me but did not resent the email as proof. Instead shows me stats of a different email they’d sent.

We chose Cromwells in Wallington to sell my mother's house and I am so glad that we did! Sam was "Ace" - very professional, polite and efficient. It only took 6 weeks to the day to sell the property. Cromwells made a great video which really showed each room of the property and then organised some "open days" with viewings back to back. We would use Cromwells again without a doubt and would highly recommend them!

We had a very positive experience with Cromwell’s. The team are friendly, professional and very knowledgable of the local market. They were easy to get hold of and always provided feedback from the viewings quickly. I would definitely recommend them to others
