checked out a few local agents and decided on Acorns, house was advertised well and Tim done the viewings whilst i was at work, after two weeks it sold at the full asking price with no issues, also put my partners up with them in birmingham and again after two weeks it sold. would recommend.....

As a first time buyer I was really cautious about the estate agents I dealt with and didn't really know the processes involved in buying a house.
Both Luke and Tim made the whole experience simple and stress free. They talked me through the process and were readily available whenever I called. I cant praise them enough for all their help and support, both me and my wife are now very happy in our first home. will definitely use again.

Please avoid. Very dubious estate agents!
Tried to sell a property with conflicting information to its lease renewal! I believe was owned by them or somebody they knew. Do not use! You have been warned. Also once challenged would not return calls.
No I have not got the wrong estate agests. I have double checked before you try and change this! I did not purchase the property after you wasted my time.

Tim and his team were simply fantastic in helping us sell our property. We had spoken with Connells, Paul Dubberly and Purple Bricks before being recommended to Acorns & Co by a family member. They had a very positive experience working with Tim so we arranged a meeting. From the first time we met Tim we felt he was the right person to work with. His rates are extremely competitive and he took all of the hassle away with dealing with bookings, viewings and offers. Tim even helped us to negotiate on our behalf on a property we were bidding on.
If you are selling a house, make sure it's with Acorns & Co!
