Was renting a property from this set of muppets for last few years - do not use they have zero communication skills - made various complaints about maintenance issues with the property - still outstanding !!! Would give it 0 stars if i could. Didn't show up to appointments, staff didn't communicate, have horrific "standards" that their properties are left in. Obviously don't check them before new tenants move in or they'd notice the last tenants furniture just fly tipped there. Told me the property would be at a clean liveable standard when I moved in which was a bunch of lies. Better standards in a slum. The apprentice was the most knowledgeable and empathetic of the lot, she's wasted there. Useless company and will make sure everyone knows to avoid it like the plague. They were quick to give me my money back cos they knew they'd messed up. Hope you read this and feel ashamed.... Read more

Absolutely shocking... I've read the reviews and they must be fake. The communication is zero, didn't turn up to appointments, was like dealing with a bunch of retards. The property wasn't even cleaned. The last tenants stuff still in the house. Got our money back. Hope they read this and try to defend themselves. Disgusting experience from the start.... Read more

We have been involved with Crowley Estate Agents for over 17 years in relation to house purchase and the renting of our properties. We have found that the new team, although only established for about 2 years, have been just as easy to use as the old team. The management of our properties has always been professional and without any problems. Crowleys look after all the legal paperwork and the rents, paid by the tenants. This coupled with regular inspections give us, as the landlord, peace of mind and the rents in our bank account on the due dates. Crowleys have also acted for our family in relation to the sale of our parents home which progressed to finalisation in a satisfactory manor.
