The process of renting the property was quite effecient. Agency acted in timely manner and we did not have to wait long to get the keys. Agency responded to any reported issues quite swiftly throughout our tennancy. However, the landlord's negligence and lack of willingnes to repair reported issues in timely manner reflects rather poorly on agencie's capability to take care of tennants in the best possible manner.
