Amazing company. Tim and Chris are a rarity in the estate agency world, in that they are really honest! Helped my wife and I find the home of our dreams. Let a property with Cullen Homes for 7 months and it is a mistake we will not be repeating. Still waiting for people to come and repair a radiator and broken tiles which were reported the week we moved in (still was not fixed by the time we moved out). Anyone renting from Cullen Homes needs to ensure they keep a record of any communication and the state of the property when moving in - tried to withhold a sum of our deposit for damages that had been caused by the previous tenant, thankfully I had email trails and pictures from we moved as evidence in our favour. ... I have used Tim and Chris 3 or 4 times to let my houses around Manchester and have found them 1st class each time as I run my own business I know sometimes keeping on top of appointments can be a hard job but I have had a very good service from them and will be using them in the future....
