I don't normally do reviews but in this instance i feel compelled to write something. Recently my flat which, i rent out via D&G, had a break-in and weirdly they stole the boiler. Anyway, if it wasn't for the regular inspections that that Faisal and team do i would not have known about it. Thankfully I had taken out landlords insurance and i was covered for replacement locks and boiler. But what I appreciated the most was that Faisal and team were able to react extremely quickly in resolving all the issues, they were able to source a plumber to install the new boiler and get the locks changed within a matter of a day and a half. What other letting agent does this for their customers. They really took onboard all the stress and hassles. And whats more, kept me informed continually. I thoroughly recommend D&G, they aren't your bog standard letting agent. These guys are extremely customer oriented from both aspects i.e. landlords and tenants. I highly recommend these guys, they are professional, efficient, have integrity, customer oriented, convey respect, service oriented and take onboard stewardship. So if you are having issues with your existing letting agents. I highly recommend these guys.... Read more
