My daughter has decided to fly the coop and started her search for "rented accommodation" starting with with Dafydd Hardy. Having booked to see her 1st property, she was greeted by a representative, and duly ushered into the property. When my daughter started asking questions ie: how long had the property been empty, what are the rates, is there any possible movement in the monthly rent etc, she was constantly advised that she did not have the answers, as she only dealt with "sales" not rented. This did not bade well with my daughter and subsequent lack of information forth coming. Other than to say she was not impressed with the service and why did they send someone out without the knowledge. She will not be going back again. 1st impressions count for a lot and it goes without saying that "people move on quickly after a bad experience" and word of mouth accounts for repeat business....
