We sold with Dan Thomas & Co and honestly couldn’t have asked for a more supportive and caring experience. At every step of the process there was excellent communication and we were constantly kept up to date with any progress. The whole team went above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. In particular Lorraine and Claire were so brilliant; from arranging viewings, answering any questions, and even helping to contact solicitors for updates for us. Well, what can I say about Dan Thomas & Co, flawless, outstanding, friendly...the list can go on and on!
From our very first interactions with Claire and Jo, we knew these estate agents were one of a kind.
We initially brought our house with these agents, and decided to sell with them as well. Best decision we ever made. Marisa, Abi, Claire, Lorraine, and Dan were honestly the easiest of people to work with although I wouldn't call it work! They became a part of our lives! Thank you to Marisa and Abi who were part time cat owners for us! Thank you to Claire for always answering my 101 questions! Thank you to Lorraine for being our local tour guide around New Ash Green! And a HUGE Thank you to Dan for making us feel like we were never a problem, for making the whole selling process a LOT easier to understand and for being such a genuine person.
DTC is a family, they will welcome you with open arms and become adoptive family to you!

We recently sold our home with Dan Thomas and there was something about them and that gut feeling telling us to pick them when to help us sell our home. We glad we did, the journey was a bit bumpy but their approach is different in a very positive way!!! We felt like we were part of a great team, they kept us posted, dealt with questions from solicitors and others within the chain, they have a great mindset and the team is always happy to help or assist you when necessary! Dan also has great knowledge of local business and he recommended solicitors which we used that I have to admit were superb, which is another positive and great addition ????
