Dandara have acted as our letting agents for the past 10 years up until the recent sale of our studio apartment. All staff have worked with us to arrange repairs, redecoration and furniture replacement on a fully managed basis. They have made the whole process of owning an investment property simple and we have felt confident that there was no issue they wouldn’t be able to resolve. Our property has only been void for a very little time in the whole 10 year period and that short time period has been efficiently used to arrange redecoration and repairs. Everything was great until the time of the inspection for the move out. They tried to charge us for damages that we were not responsible for and also they blamed us with a very unproffesional way that we were smoking in the apartment, something really odd as we do not smoke. Hopefully, after some emails, another lady with common sense and excellent professional behavior(property manager) reached to a fair agreement with us as from £850 to £290. Almost the one third from the amount that was asked after the inspection.... Read more

My association with Dandara & Dandara Lettings has sadly come to an end after 10 years having just sold my apartment in Spectrum . I bought from Dandara in 2007 and from that point onwards Vicky and her brilliant team in the Lettings division have managed it for me. In that time it was never unlet (other than a few days for changeovers) and any issues that arose were resolved expeditiously in a professional & cost effective manner. Been renting with Dandara for over a year and could definitely say they're one of the best agents we've ever dealt with. Professional, swift to respond to emails/answers calls, and competent unlike most others. The only reason I'm not giving a 5* rating is because their properties for sale (Spectrum especially) are ridiculously priced, including the service charges. Even with a 24 hour concierge and the location, it's not very good value for money. Other than that, would happily use them again in the future.... Read more

I am currently a tenant with Dandara, and I am very pleased with their services. Their response has always been prompt and satisfactory. The concierge in the development where I live are always on top of things too. Everything was upfront and honest, and there was a one-off fee only, compared to other (dodgy) agencies. Appalling estate agents who have no clue what they are doing. I Unfortunately worked for them for a period of 2 weeks ans was not only subjected to blatant racism but bullied and ridiculed because i.was supposed to manage a thousand properties without a proper management software. They used outlook instead as reminders, something an established estate agent wouldn't do. There were so many complaints from landlords. An awful experience none the less from an unorganized company.... Read more

From the initial viewing where the agent was (very surprisingly) not pushy in the slightest, through the slick and speedy process of application in the offices on Blackfriars, Dandara were awesome. Fully supportive when (within three weeks) our washing machine blew up, not pestering in terms of inspections and regulations, our deposit was returned speedily with "wear and tear" taken into account accordingly. Incredibly helpful, speedy in response to enquiries and seemingly as though nothing was too much trouble, from contract paperwork and negotiation to justification for any admin at all, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with such a high quality lettings agency. We've used Dandara on and off periodically over the last 10 years as letting agents for our Manchester apartment. I can see no reason why you would choose any other agents but Dandara if you are a landlord. Professional to the end, it's now time to sell our flat and the transition has been seamless. Dandara have always achieved the best rental income for us and have managed the tenant/agent/landlord relationship impeccably. Their timeliness and attentiveness are a huge comfort blanket, especially for distant landlords such as we've been, and their communication processes are something many companies can learn from. My thanks to all the Lettings team at Manchester for their work over the last 10 years; and in particular I will mention Vicky McCarrick who runs the team so admirably; her enthusiasm, professionalism and personable nature are a rare combination. I felt very safe, secured and looked after when I moved into my apartment. Everything that needed fixing was done more or less straight away. The staff were brilliant and friendly and I lived in my apartment 2 and a half years. Very pleased and I hope Dandara will have me back (should I ever need an apartment in the future).
