Amazing service from the start! I found the more commonly known estate agents give no where near as good of a service than Kevin and his team. If you want great communication and properties found in a timely manner, then I would highly recommend using Danson property services, as from my experience they are the best estate agents in the area!

As Executor to a Will selling a property for the estate, I can honestly say that Kevin, Helen & the team at Danson Property Services were honest, helpful and proficient in the handling of the sale of the Property. They handled all viewings on my behalf and solicited feedback from prospective buyers.

Unlike other agents, the value they assessed the property at, was in line with the research I had undertaken as a responsible Executor to a will. Regular contact was maintained via phone and email in a very professional manner.

I strongly recommend this business for the ethos it promotes.

Fantastic service from start to finish. A really honest agent who won’t try to push you into the wrong sale / purchase. They genuinely have your best interests at heart, are always available  to speak with and listen to you should you have any issues, and provide very reasonable rates of commission. What a brilliant estate agent through and through.
It took three sales with drop outs for one reason or another but this estate agency kept me informed all the way.  For each sale, they did the viewings for me and would book in A LOT of viewers all on the same day which made things a lot simpler.  The last time it was 19 viewings they arranged and each sale had offers straight away.  They would manage to up the offers against each buyer too and so every time I accepted an offer more than the asking price.
My mother sold her house the year before my sale and she wishes now that she had gone with Danson Property Services Estate Agency rather than the three or four different agents she tried and used!
There is no contract so if you decide to change and try someone else you can at any time without any penalties - but why would you?  And a very fair percentage commission is offered too.  All of the staff who I dealt with were excellent and very friendly, even down to the sales progressors who emailed each week keeping me informed of every stage. This is definitely the best estate agency!

We were selling with Anthony James Estate agents who were in partnership and sharing viewings with Danson property. 
All was fine until Danson starting taking care of viewings. We had a number of items stolen over a 2 week period including money, jewellery and games. Once reported they seemed to care but then accepted zero accountability even though the money and items taken equates to nearly £1000. Removed property from market with them and went with Yopa. Absolute scum. If you use them make sure you are there or any valuable items are locked away. Would give zero stars if we could.

Kevin and his team were highly professional and responsive in our property purchase. As first time buyers Kevin made sure we understood each stage of the process and managed our sale efficiently and professionally even through a difficult time with COVID 19.

I just bought a house marketed by Danson Property Services, Welling. The state agent assisted me throughout the process and timely information always delivered about what is going on. Marketing manager Mr Kevin and his team was always there to answer the questions and update the progress, liaising with solicitor. I would like to use same state agent in the future if I have to.

I did put my purchased house on lettings through Danson Property Services and Mr Kevin and his team found the tenant within a week. The services provided by the agent was super excellent. Now, I am moved in the property and they managed to shift the tenant to another property without any problem. Rent paid in time.  I am very thankful to the agent.

Edit:  The comment from the owner of this business are false statementsI am reviewing them for the time they served that was longer than 6 months that included them not even releasing that the property was change in management by the landlord. Even though ultimately I didn't buy my property through Danson - Kevin and his team were understanding, efficient, timely and courteous in helping me and my wife on the search for the 'perfect house'. I first made contact with Kevin about a year before we sold our property as I wanted to get a rough idea on what the property would sell for. He was incredibly helpful and totally understood that we weren't ready to sell, and simply told us to give him a call when we were ready.

Having worked with Kevin a number of years I can highly recommend his professional outlook on things. An honest approach that I'd happily pay more for. Although the race to the bottom in terms of price is good for the price that consumers pay, it is not good for the quality of services we receive. Thankfully Danson offers great value and would recommend them to anyone in the Welling area for sales and lettings.
