Absolutely shambolic. Nothing but problems. When asked if you want to do bills included make sure you say no because 5 of us lived in a house and we all paid £1000 a year for bills? Absolutely disgraceful and the staff are nothing but rude. They are shameful and do not respect what students are going through.... Read more

STUDENTS AND PARENTS - please do not use this agent for student lettings. Nothing but problems throughout the whole of the tenancy. Once the contract is signed the students are left to deal with the landlords directly. Blocked drains, leaking boiler, mould on the walls, no carbon monoxide tester, leaks near to electricity sockets, the list goes on. Do not be under the impression that Danvers will help with any of these issues. Students need to deal with all the issues as well as concentrating on their studies. Do not rent as a student with Danvers estate agents! In addition to rude and unhelpful staff, there is no communication between themselves and the tenants we moved in to find one of the bedrooms ripped up to the floorboards with no prior warning for example.... Read more

Danvers was the worst estate agent I ever came across as a student, would absolutely avoid. No customer service to speak of, expect to wait months for something to be fixed, don't clean property before you move in (then charge for cleaning afterwards). Will never use their services again.... Read more

They explained everything so clearly and made sure we understood everything before even booking the property.
