I found a property and stupidly handed over £500 holding deposit, didnt get a receipt or any paper work, because the agent would send me safety certificates for the property I delayed paying the deposit, they relisted the property, didnt answer my calls or emails and have kept my money. The are very underhanded and didnt want to tell the landlord that this was a part housing benefit let.... Read more

Rented a 3 Bedroom house of them, they were so transparent from the start to the signing of the contract. I was given all the relevant certificates and how to rent booklet also, i haven't experienced that before as most agents just take the money and do not deliver. I would highly recommend them . Con artists! avoid at all costs. I was letting a property and they created 2 AST agreements with different amounts and were stealing from me. They also paid rent with the deposit so I was unprotected. Had lots of issues and lost lots of money. Absolute cowboys! How these clowns run a company is beyond me... Read more
