I employ Darlows to manage my property. Absolutely awful. Failed to increase rent for 4 years. High fees. Do not return calls. Failed continually to give notice to tenants despite damage. Got one star as I could not give zero. Go anywhere else.

Darlows provided a realistic valuation and provided excellent advice regarding the Sale. On day 1 on the market we had 15 viewings followed by numerous offers, and Darlows investigated each offer and provide all the information we needed to make our choice of offer. The Sale price was as Darlows predicted was £25k over the asking price, but the strategy their recommended the realistic asking price generated a huge amount of interest. Day 1 on the Market, Day 3 offer accepted. Hence I can only highly recommend this Friendly, professional estate agency.

Aliyah at Darlows has been amazing handling our queries when viewing and buying a house. They are very accommodating with evening viewings and weekends, which is convenient for those working full time. We had multiple viewings, we were allowed to get a real feel for the house and spend as much time as we needed - definitely not rushed. Aliyah kept us up to date with all updates she had received and they were very responsive to emails. We’re so glad we used Darlows! Thank you very much.

I have been in contact with Nicole at Darlows Merthyr for 2 days. I told her I had a week to find somewhere to rent due to a separation. Today she took me to a property which was perfect for my son and I. After viewing at 2:30, I secured the property at 3:15pm. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her today! It is relatively rare in my many years in property that I would be wanting to recommend an agent, but Sarah Elliott of the Merthyr branch was a pleasure to deal with - personable and professional throughout enquiries, viewings and negotiations. Generally my interactions with Darlows have always been especially good, in general and compared to other estate agents so I would highly recommend the group as well.

Sarah Elliott has been fantastic, along with her team to secure an above asking price offer - so pretty good so far!
Professional, courteous and realistic.
I have used Darlows throughout the time I have rented my property. They never let me down then and it seems my final transaction with the property is similarly in good hands.
