I met with Lily at David Ball initially, she showed me the house and she was just amazing! Lily was so prompt, kind and helpful- just a pleasure to deal with! Lily then went on Maternity Leave, and we had to go through the process of buying our home without her, sadly! Nevertheless, we had an okay experience from there on, there was a bit of stress with regards to releasing the keys and lack of sympathy and/ or advice when we discovered a gas leak soon after moving in, but overall we are happy in our new home and David Ball gave us a lovely hamper of goodies.

Lovely lady (Melanie I believe). I was supposed to have a viewing that I had to cancel last minute (I really wanted to view the flat). I can’t give much more feedback but overall I had a good experience. Hopefully, in the future, they will have a property I can view and rent :-)

Really rushed viewing, hardly had time to put my shoes back on before being hurried out the front door. Applied for the property but they didn’t even bother letting us know that we hadn’t been successful. Awful experience wouldn’t recommend.
EDIT: In response to the reply that our application was successful and they tried to call us several times, this is completely false. We had no missed calls and no voicemails. Surely if you can’t contact someone by phone you would just email them? Load of rubbish.
