David gave us an honest valuation of our bungalow and the current state of the property market both in our area and nationally as we were moving out of the county. The marketing was extremely professional and all of the viewings brought accurate feedback from the team at DJR. David offered advice on how to keep our property competitive and we were glad to accept this and we soon received an acceptable offer. Despite facing some difficult situations during the sales process David, Michelle and the DJR team kept us up to date with everything through until completion. We can thoroughly recommend David, Michelle and the whole team at DJR for their highly professional and friendly approach to what can be a very stressful process.

We have recently purchased our new home through David and the team. David could not be any more helpful in assisting us, answering all our questions, and went above and beyond throughout the whole process to make it as reassuring as possible.

5 stars doesn’t seem enough for David and the team. Great support, patience, understanding, expertise and customer experience. We had an offer within 24 hours of our cottage going on the market. David & his team were very friendly, thorough & got the job done! They never lost sight of their goals to ensure house chains were doing what they should be to ensure deadlines were met! After we'd bought they followed up on how eveything went & that we were happy! They also sent out some postcards with a picture of our new abode & the address details to send out to people - a lovely touch! Thank you David & your team - you were all great!

Having known David for well over 20 years he has totally delivered on the family homes he has sold for us during this period.
