The most UNPROFESSIONAL agency I have ever come across. Continously late rental payments, missing rent (still owed), and don't respond to emails or return calls unless chased several times.
The only reason they have good reviews is due to the previous owner and their sales agent Naveed who has now left DK who was amazing and always did right by his clients unlike Anil...
This is my second review after Anil, the owner of David Key, asked me to remove the first earlier last year as he promised to resolve things, but never did...
After David Key failed to rectify a very fixable issue with my property after months of being aware of it, I consequently lost a buyer costing me £10k+ and DK/Anil never once apologised or accepted responsibility for their (lack of) actions.
I recently almost lost another buyer due to the lack of action by DK to remove my tenant and the ongoing lies about when he'd be vacating the property. Luckily the actions of the sales agent, helped get the property over the line.
I'm still owed rent and money from the tenant's deposit to cover cleaning and rubbish removal, and, as usual, Anil is not responding to our calls and emails.

Unreliable, unrealistic, and unprofessional...which is the experience I had with the latest management team at David Keys. They are ok when you don't need them to do anything...but Anil and his team were not doing what they were meant to do as a management company. I was persuaded to take off my original review and was promised they would sort out the mess they created...but enough is enough...I wouldn't deal with them again.

Have not been paid rent for the last 6 months with Anil confirming that payment will be done shortly. They have been fraudulently keeping the money with them. They have also taken money to make repairs but have not done anything. Avoid at all costs.

Warning - DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. They managed our rental for a few years. Unfortunately there was a change of ownership and service went downhill very fast. Most of the positive reviews relate to the previous. We're currently owed close to £1,000 since the tenant moved out and management is ignoring all communication and attemps to resolve the situation. Who knows if they even took a bond? A complete in ability to do anything by the book. We'll be forced to take legal action.

Arda helped my partner and I to find an amazing house not very far from where we were moving. Arda has been very professional, kind, and available at every phase of the process, from the viewing to the collection of the keys of our new place. I strongly recommend David Key.

Fraudsters, money laundering, disgusting humans!! Use fake tenants and write fake reviews. Wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemies, forced to be homeless due to being scammed by these complete idiots.

Was with this company as a landlord for 6+ years. Despite paying full management they have refused to pay us in the last year withheld approx one third of the rent after being paid a year in advance. They changed tenant without informing us, the inventory wasn't upheld and they seem to have the idea we should be begging for our money as the flat ....has become their fiefdom. They refused to handover the real keys to the property forcing us to change the locks. They have essentially stolen thousands of pounds and will probably liquidate the Company and create a new one from father to son to open again. The Property Ombudsman knows the situation but does not act as it is paid by unscrupulous agents like this one. Stay away or you will be burnt one way or another....

A rogue, cowboy estate agents, Avoid. Anil along with his worker Dee were extremely rude, arrogant and hostile towards me when querying the wifi in the building along with an extractor fan hanging with dirt in my en suite that I had to clean up within 3 days of moving in. As a consequence I was served a section 21 without just grounds, false accusations and illegally evicted with threats of violence by Anil himself in the presence of the landlord Nick Poxelaris. I wasn’t even allowed in my room to collect my belongings and Anil had entered the building in the presence of the landlord having access to my then room and damaging some of my belongings. He is unprofessional, arrogant, rude, hostile and a rogue agent do not deal with him. Nick the landlord also a shambles of a landlord only interested in raising rents but not dealing with my welfare as a tenant and also was in a hurry to evict me and not allowing me into my property that he illegally entered while I was away and packed my stuff damaging it in the process. I didn’t receive a court order even though that’s a Legal requirement and a caseworker from the council made this clear to Anil yet I was still evicted onto the streets with nowhere to go. Anil and his agents are Rogue, hostile, rude, arrogant, greedy and break the Law. Dreadful Experience.
