One star is too much for this company. We have been in four months and our faults are never ending. Within 7 days we had 118 faults, most of which are still outstanding or have been badly covered up. ( a cracked in our shower tray was simply painted over after we pointed it out on a home tour )
We are now wanting to sell the property which is heartbreaking after only being in our ‘forever home’ for four months.
It’s been hell dealing with tradesmen every week for issues that would’ve been avoidable had qualified tradesmen and checks been carried out. Please take our advice and don’t even think about buying from David Wilson or Barratt homes.
