The houses, are well built, with experienced contractors.

Well let's just say it's your typical new housing estate that's still being built . The roads are narrow an at time very dirty and in places not complete there is lots of work going on so at times hard to park were you want to . The quality of the finish leaves alot to be desired if I was giving a buyer advice I would say look really closely before purchasing. It's a new build so expect problems that's why I got called in to sort things out on several properties after people had moved in ????
