It's a housing estate like thousands of others across the country. It really does not need marking as a point of interest or anything else. It appears to be the new way for builders to get cheap advertising space and spam Google maps. However as a note the housing estate is still not fully built.. maybe construction site would be a better description and there is a lot of raised iron works in the road which are poorly marked.... They build very poor quality homes. Our roads at our development after two years still not finished, currently lots of noise and dust in front of my house, as their previous subcontractor did bad job on the roads, so they have to re-do everything again and we have to suffer everyday noise and dust until April now again. Almost everyone at our development had to re-do the gardens, as they employ a cowboy landscaper. Everything they do is a very poor quality and they take a lot of money from you. Do not buy any house from them!... Read more
