We drove around the Teal Park Farm Estate in Washington and it seemed very cluttered with houses squeezed in wherever they could. Anywhere there was a bit of green land they have managed to squeeze another house on some don't even have gardens!
There was very little green or open space which for a brand new estate is shocking. In comparison we drove to the Miller Homes development in Moorside and this was spacious, had amazing open spaces, ponds, paths and cycle ways with plenty of trees and grassed areas. The roads are wide with houses set back. House prices were in the same ball park as the Barratt ones.

Horrendous mistakes all over the house such as visible marks of where they painted over something, holes in many places and rubbish grass as it is bumpy and a struggle to walk on. I would not advise u to buy a home from Barratt as they are poor.
