Been an absolute night mare since day one, had workers round to fix drains several times and now they've gone wrong again I currently have the everyone else's raw sewage coming up in my garden. Barrett want nothing to do with it. Seven Trent won't work on the lines as there not adopted and have said it's Barratts responsibility. But again after speaking to them they will do nothing so I have to live with the whole developments poo in my garden. So only buy if you happy to live with others sewage in your garden.... Read more

Recently reserved a property with Barratts at Warwick Gate. After having visited many new build site offices and having purchased a property with Barratts previously at a different site, I can easily say that the service provided by both Amy and Jay at the site office has been nothing short of exceptional! Everything from the initial meeting to actually reserving the property, has been excellent and incredibly easy! Amy has gone out of her way at each hurdle to help support us the best she can! Scam Scam Scam.. Very poor customer service. First we reserved one of their property in Warwick gates by paying £500 and cancelled the reservation next day itself. I have been told, refund will take 5-7 days. But they didn't actually cancel the reservation when I asked them to cancel at the first time, I started receiving bunch of emails from their people and they were asking me to proceed with the documentation and stuffs. I had to call them again to check what's going on.. Then their customer service member said your reservation is not actually cancelled yet, would you like to keep the reservation, if we offer more money towards your moving cost(They had already offered £12K at the initial stage). These people are ridiculously irresponsible.. Still I am receiving emails and till now I haven't received my money back, I raised complaint and they are keep on telling me, this issue will be resolved in 10 days. Shame on them..... Read more

We moved into our Barratt home at Warwick Gates just before Christmas and we love it! As expected with any new house there were snags but we were reassured that these would be rectified. We created a list which is being dealt with efficiently by Chris and Jamie from the site team who we must say are a true credit to the firm. They have been around to advise us when needed and have helped us with any problems we have had. Christine and Simon in the sales team were also very helpful. A good friend of ours has also purchased a new build with a different developer close by and having witnessed the poor standard of finish and the issues he has had with getting problems around his home rectified has made us realise how lucky we are to have purchased with Barratt Homes and especially for having Jamie and Chris on site to help with our after sales process.... Seems nice after doing a BT broadband install in one of the occupied flats. Properties here have a fibre connection directly into the property which is rare and ensures a great service.... Read more
