I love the design of these homes, specifically the Layton House that we saw. It is so near a dream house for me. However, I am always intrigued to wonder if this was a male architect or a female architect's design. I think this could have been a male. Unless you are a cook, I am sure you do not want a kitchen as large as this one. I for one, as a female, do not want a tiny utility area - I would love a larger "Laundry room"!! I would like an integral double garage with a door into the kitchen to cart my wet feet and shopping bags without muckying up my front hall!! Are you telling me that you gentlemen could get all your lovely 3 piece suits and leisure clothes into the cupboard in the bedroom? Where is your wife supposed to put her clothes, hats, shoes and handbags? I have altered you floor plans slightly to suit what I think every woman wants, but unfortunately, we would not be able to afford the house. Ah well - one can dream. Saying all that, we are impressed with your David Wilson Homes.... Read more
