Truly terrible letting agents. We moved into one of their apartments in May 2014, and I can't count the number of problems that we had while with them (the landlord of our apartment has now changed letting agent because he wasn't getting rent paid to him on time). They almost certainly didn't place our deposit in a deposit protection scheme (we can find no evidence they did and they have almost completely ignored our requests to be given the details), ignored the vast majority of our emails, and never fixed important problems in the apartment.... P chammings

Davis Beyga moved tenants into my property WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. These were tenants who I did not want in my property as they had no income. Davis Beyga got a signed guarantor form from somebody they emailed in Spain. They provided me with no evidence that they carried out any checks on this so called guarantor despite me asking for this numerous times. When the tenants left the property early owing me rent and cleaning bills and taking things from the property - Ben Davis ignored all my phone calls and emails and made no attempt to recompense me, recover any of my losses from the guarantor or tenants, or remedy the situation....
