We recently purchased our first home with Davis Tate. Julie and Jade were very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with through the entire process. They responded very quickly to all our queries, kept us up to date on progress and were very supportive towards the end of the process when conveyancing became challenging. It was hugely appreciated.
I hope we won't be moving again any time soon but I wouldn't hesitate to engage the services of Davis Tate if we did ????

Staff are complacent because they have a monopoly in the area so don't have to work hard to get viewings. Understand the client is important but in our experience one senior member of staff was unprofessional and did not keep us informed as potential buyers until property was already under offer. No reason was given for our failure to secure the property even though we all put in 'similar offers'. Concur with previous reviewers about block booking. It almost seemed as if the property had already been promised to someone else so we didn't stand a chance of getting it. The current situation is not bringing out the best in some estate agents!

We were due to visit a house and Julie gave an address that was not registered on google maps with no instructions, went to the postcode and turns out that the postcode was for the whole main street. We frantically tried to find the house as we were unable to contact Julie. She finally turned up at the estate agent and was extremely rude and unprofessional and kept on saying that she had to wait 30 mins for us (we had driven over an hour). She did not once apologise for not giving directions or offered to rebook. Simply unbelievable.
