Had Jon do a viewing for us. He was really nice and was very straight forward and knowledgable. It's nice to have an estate agent show you a house and know detail about it and the market in general. Makes you feel a bit more at ease. Feels like a fresher approach to the estate agent business model that I think is welcomed as much of estate agents these days can otherwise feel like a commodity service. Very disappointing!! They enticed me in at Christmas time with low offer charges saying Christmas is the best time for viewers/buyers but then didn’t do anything!! I thought the photos and video tour would be done professionally, but actually was done on the agents phone so not of great quality. I thought never mind, as I was informed that boxing day there would be a surge of people! There was no communication in the whole 30 days except for an email to give Christmas greetings. Not even a phone call to give reassurance that they are still working to find viewers. The agent had said he had a list of people to match to my property but I hadn’t heard a single thing from them in the whole 30 days about this so I did not meet even one viewer! It felt as if they just wanted me to sign up and then sit back and do nothing. Terrible service. Would not recommend.... Read more
