We rented a flat from days for 18 months. We reported every damage etc and they were great. Till I got pregnant. We were left for 2 weeks with no washer as the landlord didn't have a time frame was just told to get one whenever he could. Had ripped lino in the kitchen (ripped from bloke fitting new washer), had mould in every room (kept rooms ventilated but didn't work) nothing ever done, balcony was declared UNFIT for use as was too dangerous!!!! 6 months to fix it. They knew I was having a baby and decided to fit the balcony when he was 2 weeks old (there excuse was they were waiting for dry weather!!! I was due end of June. Plenty of dry), they then INSISTED they did a property inspection when I was 9 months pregnant (2 days before being induced) and I was reduced to tears by SUE who said "are you sure you're ready for a child" and told me I need to sort myself out because it wasn't acceptable the was I was living (hadn't made the bed, had some washing up. And hadn't vacuumed stairs) they then made us homeless, gave us bad referencing then lied straight to my face saying they gave us a good one!!!... Read more

***WARNING*** It's a shame there isn't a zero star rating option on here - so I'm going to view that star as a rusty sheriff's badge because it seems appropriate for these one shop, hole in the wall cowboys. Rude, arrogant, utterly inept and downright liars are just a few things that spring immediately to mind in dealing with them. In all my days I have never came across such a shower of incompetents as Day's. It is frankly staggering there are only four other complaints here. I look forward to the sort of derogatory, insolent, rambling rant they felt an appropriate response to offer another disgruntled soul unfortunate enough to believe Days were in any way competent or professional - which I will be quick to forward to my solicitor. Avoid like the plague.... Read more
