Deakin White were efficient and proactive in searching for properties for me. Both Sarah and Elliot were very good, made appointments at short notice and their sales style was not pushy at all (which I really liked). Communication is an area for improvement, it became apparent when talking to the seller directly that information wasn't always being passed on and the manager of the branch was able to progress things that had stalled for a few weeks. Overall a good experience.

Working with Sarah was made extremely easy through calls and emails. She was constantly trying to find me a property and the persistence and communication made me persevere to actually buy my first property.
Plus, the little touches even after the offer had been accepted made me feel like I was valued.
All in all, a good experience.

Just want to say a big thankyou to the whole team at Deakin White Dunstable for all their support and work that was put into the marketing of our property. I couldn't of asked for better service from an agent. All the staff are professional, friendly and were always so helpful, particularly, Sarah and Rian who were brilliant and it was a pleasure to see them when they conducted viewings and well done Rian for getting a buyer !

Matt in the village and country department was very helpful. He went above and beyond as his role as an estate agent and made sure everyone in the chain was communicating and knew what stage we were at. He is always happy to help and very personable. I was looking at going with 2 or 3 agents. But I was so impressed with deakin white i didn't apply to any other agents. They were prompt quick and managed to sell my property within two weeks! All my queries were dealt with by matt one of the directors who was very understanding of my situation extremely afficiant and prompt. I would have no issues buying or selling from them. They could not of done anything better. Well done!
