We tried to make an appointment to view a house being marketed on behalf of the vendor by this agent William Dean . Just spotted the house while walking about as I don't even think Dean is featured on Rightmove or On the Market. A rather snooty woman told me "Weve had a lot of Interest " so as we are dealing with viewings and we will get back to you with a time you can view. If I was selling this house I would not be happy at all that this Agent is prioritising prospective viewers on the phone. No wonder you don't see them appear much in Sunderland as Alfred Pallas are the agents to use in North Sunderland . Not impressed with this firm at all.... Read more
