We viewed a property and put in an offer. During probably the busiest times for estate agents, Delaneys have been remarkable. Lee was fantastic. I appreciated that there was no pressure selling. There were no small talks about how 10 other people might have already put down an offer. The approach was classy and a breath of fresh air. Once the offer was accepted, Jacqui was an absolute gem, giving me and my wife all the time, responding to queries late into the evenings, engaging with solicitors on both sides. She was tireless in her pursuit, and every step of the way, provided updates. Jacqui, along with Jo from the team, also sorted out gas and electric safety certificates. I cant thank them both enough. First time using a letting agent, rang 5 agents in total, Delaneys were not only the best priced but also by far and away the best service. For a letting "newbie" they offered up plenty of advice, quickly found tenants and were really helpful with some advice as to what i should be looking for in a prospective tenant. They were also a LOT cheaper than some of the other agents i looked at (in one case by over 34% cheaper) Special mention to Jo Lockwood and Gemma Dawes who have been great on the communications front and keeping me up to speed when there were any actions required by me. I couldn't recommend Delaney's highly enough. Lee and the rest of the team worked incredibly hard to sell our old house and on the purchase of our new home too. They were honest and transparent, easy to get in touch with, always friendly and sympathetic and communicated with us the whole way through the process. They sold our home within four weeks, despite it being on the market with another agent for over a year and not selling. If I could give more than five stars, I would!... Read more

We have been using Delaney services since 2019 February, I can confirm for a fact that this is your dream agency, Michelle, Jemma and Joe were fantastic infact the whole team. We thought Hayley was the best when we met her regarding our previous move in 2019 but with the news of her leaving, I was worried that it might not be as smooth as it was previously, until we got in contact with Michelle, Joe and Jemma. Our search for property and move in 2021 was so smooth, despite our requirements they met it all and even more, this was possible because of the wonderful staffs the organization is got. Take it from me Delaney your staffs are your major asset. From my family to yours thank you for the great and A-may-zing work you guys do and did for us. Although Julian from Delaneys Harold Wood branch only dealt with our purchase during a very drawn out saga we found him to be approachable, professional, friendly and responded to our numerous questions and requests promptly. Any small delays were down to checking with or chasing the owners he was acting for. Made an enquiry to a letting to be told I'll speak to the landlord and get back to you. A week later nothing needless to say the property is le. Didn't take the gentleman's name who took the call but came across very rude and unhelpful.
