Although many punters first 'port of call' these days be the internet, the traditional shop window still has its uses - this makes their shuttering-off of said advertising ridiculous... but this has been the case here ever since they opened! So so delighted with the whole process of the sale of my home of 30 years through the team from Delisa Miller. Always polite, informing and optimistic, they definitely knew the market value of local property, enabling my sale at a 60k premium to anything suggested by competitors yet for extremely competitive fees I never once regretted inviting Loretta and her colleague Alex to act after speaking to the other local agents and feel the whole difficulty of moving home was made to be much easier than anticipated. This is the first time we have sold/bought after living n our property for 38 years. The service they provided from the valuation to the viewings is second to none , Loretta and Alex couldn't do enough for us,they kept up updated every step of the way. ****I WOULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR RATING IF I COULD!**** Absolutely atrocious service! They are absolute tricksters! We were confirmed of a house , after agreeing to all their demands and following proper processes, submitting all paperwork and booked an appointment for an evaluation. We called the agency to tell them about the booking which is when they mentioned that the house has been sold to someone else! They did not even have the decency to tell us the house had another offer put in! We are extremely upset and we feel betrayed! Please avoid using this agency at all cost unless you want to get screwed over.... Read more
