I engaged Dexter to rent out my flat in the City and Dexter’s provided an honest and professional service. I don’t expect much from estate agents these days, but Dexter’s especially took the time to explain the market and understand the tenant I was looking for. Rather than bothering me with bureaucratic details, they took it upon themselves to do the legwork, and after only 2 days of viewings we had a fantastic offer. Great team, especially Sam who handles our rental relationship. Would recommend Dexters over other agents as they are there to help tennant and landlord and not just rip the tennants off (and the landlord!) Having been renting from Dexters for several years now I wish to update my review to say that they have maintained the standard of service throughout the pandemic - Sam moved on and was replaced with Prasath who is equally as competent as a property manager....
