To be honest, there has been more than a few occasions where Dexters could (and should) have done a better job, so I would not give them the full 5 star rating. However, in regards to the property manager - Emily Wells - who manages the property I live in, I am happy to give her 5 stars for the work that she does, as she has always been great with me. I feel like she actually cares and that she acts in my best interest, something I have found to be a rarity amongst her peers in my many years as a renter / tennant in London. She does make an effort to be helpful and she is always very accommodating and an absolute delight to talk to. I really hope the Borough office hangs on to her, cause she is a gem and a keeper! I would recommend her.

Great experience with Ryan Morgan. He is probably the best 'agent', if that's the word, that I've come across in a long time. His passion, energy, attitude, attention to detail and customer service really stood out to me. Much more engaging and really switched on. I've met a number of agents who are quite half hearted and a bit too laid back, many just seem to turn up without trying to sell it or without showing much enthusiasm. So his energy and how much he really meant his work, really impressed me. I'd reccomend him without any doubt.
