Would not recommend at all! Typical agency, rude and better than anyone else.
Got a rent reduction 3 months ago and they keep saying they are dealing with it and refunding the over payment. They didn’t and now blaming us! Direct debits bounced due to this and they think it has nothing to do with them.
If this was the other way round and me not paying it would be a totally different story.
I’m lucky I’m in a position to move money around but that is only the last few years.. back when I started renting I would be in trouble!
Dexters think they are above anyone else and other peoples circumstances. They could not care less!
I ask everyone not to use or move away from this company. Let’s think about how people starting out would be suffering right now.... Read more
