Worst letting agent I’ve ever known. The landlord put the house up forsale. Fair enough(I’ve had this before they were lot more respectful). But left me as a sitting duck wanted to sell the house then have me out. Now they want me out a month before Christmas. Avoid, they don’t care about a tenant at all never even asked me about being evicted from my home I’ve lived in nearly 5 years. Before this I was harassed every day by them for months! .... So friendly and approachable and try and get things sorted as soon as possible even at their busiest. They always have someone there to help whether you ring or email and couldn’t be more kind when dealing with our tenancy and house visits.
