I rented a student property through Digs for two years and they were great!
We were lucky enough to have a hands on landlord that responded to any issues immediately, however through our numerous inspections and emails with Digs they were very friendly and helpful.
They always resolved any confusions we had and we really felt appreciated for our efforts in keeping the property in a good condition.
I feel lucky to have had such a smooth first time renting experience and would definitely recommend Digs to future students.

My experience with Digs has been very pleasant so far! My time living in the house was very enjoyable.
Their staff is very helpful, polite and they're always trying to find solutions fast.
Any problems we faced with the house were taken care of quickly!
If you keep the property clean and in good condition (as you're supposed to) at the end of your tenancy you'll receive your money back, 100% guarantee.
We had an excellent landlady as well.

The best letting agency I’ve used as a student.
As with all houses, things go wrong! However if something went wrong in my property, Digs were always on hand to fix it as quickly as they could. The staff were always friendly and remembered us all by name. They were so useful for us and at times even went out of their way to deal with situations that weren’t necessarily even their concern.
Because of this, I’d highly recommend Digs when looking for a student property to let out. You really won’t find anything better or anyone more knowledgeable and willing to go that extra mile!

We have been pleased with the kind and considerate treatment we have had from Digs. They have always been able to fix our issues promptly. They have been firm but fair with maintenance and general upkeep of such a special house. Our property is truly quality, in an excellent location, and with a great landlord. All at a reasonable price! We are glad to have rented with Digs and appreciate their flexibility throughout the tenancy.

Awful, greedy company.
Employees just do not care about the tenants and neither do the landlords. Currently living in a digs property that is mouldy and leaking (on Berkeley hill, avoid!!!) Been over a month since we reported leaks and they are still not fixed, with no time estimate given for when digs will finally decide to hire a repairman. Extortionate rent prices considering the state of the house and the customer service provided.

They resolved an issue for me with professionalism and in a timely manner.
They might be able to be more on top of maintaining their properties - but then there's not a lot of joy in tidying up after students.

The worst agent I've been with, take money, don't help with house issues and are the most obnoxious people ive met. I've lost over £300 in utilities and now I have to go too court to get my money back

I had a wonderful experience with Digs Falmouth and in my opinion their low overall rating is very undeserved. They are a small business and are in tune with who's in what property and the properties individually inside-out. I was able to flexibly move in half way through some friends' contract, changing move in date and contract start date where needed. They were accommodating and responsive throughout my entire tenancy, always replying usually within the day. They were understanding about any issues or queries, things were quickly fixed and they provided a gardener, and when we had a power issue the manager came down himself to help us to avoid having to call out an electrician we/the landlord would have to pay for. Their communication is the best I've experienced with an estate agent and I can't fault them with how smooth the whole process was and how approachable as humans rather than profit driven they were the entire time. Thank you lovely Digs!

Not sure what happened regarding the low reviews, but Digs have been very supportive and receptive to our needs. They even let us move in before the agreed date. Final inspection and deposits were sensible. Would definitely recommend.
