We recently visited Coventry to start looking for a property to buy as our son will be attending Coventry university. We visited a number of agents on the Saturday (they all seem to be on the same street) and kyle at Dixon's was by far the best agent we dealt with. He sat us down and went through everything with us in details, we don't really know Coventry that we'll so he helped guide us to the best places to buy for the university which were an easy commute for our son. He took our details and said he would let us know about any new properties coming on the market that we may like. We were in the office for a good 15-20 minutes when most of the other agents just handed us brochures and couldn't seem to get us out the door quick enough. I would highly recommend anybody looking to buy a property in Coventry go and speak to this young gentleman! Thank you kyle... Read more

I've had nothing but good experiences with Dixon's Coventry, since 2012. The brilliant Kyle got the right people through the door, so my property in Wyken sold within a month, & only took 7 weeks to complete till I moved into my flat in Tile Hill in December 2012. I contacted Kyle again at the end of November 2018, for a valuation on the flat, and it sold within 3 weeks - amazing, as it was so near to Christmas! I also had contact with Eddy, & the Dixon's Progression team (Ashley) - they've all been amazing, but again, Kyle & team got the right people through the door, with fast results. They've always been efficient and courteous, and I can thoroughly recommend them for selling any property in Coventry. These guys are more than 5 star!!! Chris the mortgage advisor helped me through the whole mortgage process and was always available when i needed him. Iv had a great experience with Dixon's, Kyle Brooker came and put my house on the market on the Tuesday, they then booked 11 viewings in for that Saturday. Kyle called me on the Monday with 4 offers and sold my house for over the asking price. Everything was done within a week!! I can thoroughly recommend Dixons as a first class professional Estate Agent. We recently had to sell a property and I certainly wasn't looking forward to the process. However, Kyle came up with a buyer in no time. He negotiated a selling price which we were very pleased with. The communication from start to finish was first class.
