Wolves, nothing "community" about these guys.
They receive notices of on-going legal disputes about a house and ignore it to push the simple-minded seller to make the sale asap, so they can milk the admin fees. The seller will then receive an injunction and become out of pocket. David and Andy then both act none-the-wiser. Country wide needs to investigate these poor practices and sack these wolves and bring in fresh faces.

Dixons were informed of possible legal proceedings regarding an obvious dispute about a conjoint house.
Andy/Dave both decided to ignore the inquiry and proceed to sell the house without informing the seller of the consequences. They were more interested in the admin fees they would make.
After they washed their hands off the sale, the disputes progressed in to an injunction (obviously) and the seller lost out due to Andy/Dave's cut-throat poor business practice.

Seen a house for sale at Dixons hodgehill office, popped in and Andy was so helpful, fast sale gone threw within weeks, helped me so much from the start to end, would recommend highly and would go back again if needed without hesitation!

When I went through the buying process off my current house which started in October 2014 and completion was March 2015 I went to Dixons to speak to their Mortgage Advisor Katan Shah. My cousin who also went to Katan when she brought her house could not say enough good things about him and all the help he was and recommended me going to him to make the whole process easier.
I can hand on heart say I could not have reached completion without Katan's help. He was an absolute star, he assisted me with every part of the house sale, dealing with solicitors, filling out forms, chasing people, even bits that were not in his job description/remit he went out his way to still assist us and make the process as easy as possible. He took out all the stress that is involved in buying a house and I would recommend him to anyone who is thinking of doing the same thing.
Furthermore, after our 2 year fixed rate deal was up with out current Mortgage Lender, Katan contacted us to advise he can assist us with finding a better mortgage product on lower interest rate than what we are on.
I have just, not long ago completed on a re-mortgage deal, I have moved to another mortgage lender, on a much lower interest rate and have managed to decrease our mortgage term from 28 years to 20 years saving thousands on Interest. This was all possible due to Katan finding us this mortgage deal and again being a huge help in us reaching completion.
Katan goes out of his way and always beyond the call of duty to ensure his client's satisfaction and that we are receiving a good service.
He is an asset to Dixons and I will be forever grateful to him for everything he has done for us.
