DM & Co. opened its first office in Shirley in January 2014 and added its second in March 2018, taking up an excellent spot in the centre of Dorridge.

With our two cats it's not easy for us to find a house at all. Some agents didnt even respond to our viewing request. Some may have asked for all kinds of personal information, but never got back to us at the end of the day. Been looking on the market for months with no luck, until finally DM&Co helped us find our dream house which we're living in. They genuinely listened and always responded quickly. Gabrielle and her team regularly find tenants for my properties. They always manage to find me great tenants, sometimes in a matter of days leaving me with low void periods. They are friendly, helpful and I would highly recommend them.
