Highly unprofessional firm and incompetent people, spamming you with irrelevant information/pitches despite you requesting to be taken off from the mailing list.
UPDATE: Since posting this review, the agency in question has been so kind to follow-up with me directly. Instead of doing right by the customer/client, their first response is to threaten with legal action , why would you want to be doing business with this agency?

A Battle
DRE collect rent on behalf of landlords but do not forward it on. They get foreign tenants to pay rent six monthly in advance and then do not pay it on to landlords meaning they collect a lot of money before the landlord realises that it will not be forwarded on. They need to be shut down and struck off by the Ombudsman. They are totally untrustworthy.

One word...Dodgy.
All I can say is that do not trust this agent with your holding deposit as it's now been almost 6 months and we are still waiting it to be returned to us. Needless to say we are now in the process of starting a claim against them. Unprofessional, full of excuses and untrustworthy. I would urge anyone who is handing money over to them to definitely think twice.

They own me money and it’s been taken to the small claim court!
People if you don’t want to lose your money, don’t do any purchase/renting with this real estate agent. We made an offer through the agent and paid 5K holding deposit, the seller pulled out and they have not paid our deposit back after month of chasing. We have now filed a claim and complaint to Zoopla compliance department.
Also “John” keep using different names when he talks to me, Jonathan, Jade, Jason. I can hear from the phone it is one person, the owner Ezra John. Checked their accounting company as well, it is an inactive company. Just sounds like a huge fraud.

Owning me and other clients money and not refunding. Reported to the police as fraud, formal complained to the court and raised to the property ombudsman.
I know it may take ages in the UK, but no charge will be withdrawn unless you pay me back, mr director of the company.
