When we put the house on, we had several agents "compete". We chose Douglas Martin purely based on Nick, the sales manager, who was genuinely interested in our lives and keen to offer the best possible sales experience, in terms of a time frame that fitted, and how we would like the house marketed. From then viewings very regular and we felt safe and assured the house would be sold. Our point of contact was Rafi who was nothing short of remarkable. Keen and interested, he would provide feedback after visits and was calm and assuring throughout the process. He mediated fantastically and was at many points far more helpful than (the very pricey) lawyers. He helped both sides in a fair and assured manner and was always available to chat to, both to reassure us with the time frame and ensure we were happy with things throughout. His after care has continued and has followed up to ensure we were happy upon completion. It was a thoroughly personal service, smooth and having used other agents in the past, I can testify that DM were the best of them and the most stress free experience.
