Excellent. Ryann at Douglas Martin has been an amazing person to deal with on my house purchase. Communication was easy and smooth from start to finish, during negotiations and all aspects of the purchase. Ryann was always personable, approachable, responsive and cultivated a great rapport with me as his client. Really knowledgable and experienced about the housing market and sensitive to personal circumstances, I really could not have expected more from my estate agent. He helped me on both big and small queries, was an excellent intermediary between vendor and purchaser and ensured that exchange and completion were seamless.
