I am disgusted how these agents behave trying to undersell my late mother in-laws house to a developer saying he can buy in just a few days. Nearly lost her 250k! Feel disgusted. Beware as they try this BEFORE they take the property on market offering a easy quick sale for a slashed price to a single viewer making you think its market value when it is certainly not. This firm especially Nick and Richard are very far from Honest after what they did pure greed.

Having dealt with Douglas Martin estate agents over the last couple of years, I highly recommend them and personally would not use anyone else. Rafi, who I have worked with most closely, has been excellent and works tirelessly and honestly to get results. Nick and Richard, who I have also had dealings with, are also excellent and have given honest and valuable advice at important times.
