This is an estate agent on another level.
Instead of going for the same kind of corporate, profit driven, pushy stereotype that we have all come to know (and loathe) the team at Hestia’s are the opposite.
Their focus is on individuals, they want to really get to know and help people. The people who’s houses they are tasked with selling but also the people who want to buy them.
We instinctively got on well with the team from our first meeting and it was just a pleasure working with them. Conversations were always professional and productive, but most importantly they were conversations and at no point did we feel dictated to.
Viewings were handled respectfully; communication was great with plenty of notice at every turn and they found perfect buyers for our home.
As with any process there were complications, but Hestia’s made a huge effort to help us and our buyer overcome these issues which made everything work in the end.
In short without their help, we would not have been able to move when we did.
I would not hesitate in recommending Hestia’s to anyone trying to sell their home in South London.
They are brilliant and we can’t thank them enough for the effort they put in.

Jo and Alison were brilliant from start to finish! They sold my flat and handled the whole process in a very professional, supportive and proactive manner. I love that they were very knowledgeable about the local area, they were always quick to respond and their marketing and photos of the flat were just so beautiful. I am very happy to have found Hestia's and will definitely use again!

I always want to support independent female owned businesses (as I am a female founder myself!) so loved the fact that Hestia's was run and operated by two women.
First up the price. Arguably the most important part! Other estate agents valued our flats at less and Jo was confident she could get us the price we wanted. She lived up to her word.
Although our sale was tricky Jo and Alison did their best to openly communicate and make the transaction as smooth as possible. Buying/selling houses is an emotional business and it helps to have someone have empathy and feel like they are on your side during the process.
In a tough market we ended up getting a sale we were really pleased with. That is no small thing. So if you're looking for someone who is in your corner, offers the personal touch and is willing to go the extra mile then I would definitely recommend Hestias.

I can’t recommend Hestia’s enough. Jo and Alison were supportive throughout the whole experience of selling my flat, answering my many questions, providing sound advice and reassuring me the whole time when needed. I was kept up to date and they were always available to answer queries. We clicked as soon as I met Jo and I liked her approach to selling my property. I felt she really understood my property and made it shine and ultimately achieving an incredible sale price. I can’t thank them enough.

Jo was a pleasure to work with, from initial contact to completion of sale. My property was very much a starter flat, with lots of restrictions on how it could be marketed and to whom it could be sold. I had presumed I would get little attention from an estate agent because of this but Jo spent a great deal of time and energy crafting the sales literature and then holding my hand throughout the sales process. Her whole approach felt very thought through and complete. I would highly recommend her services to others.

Selling our property that had been our family home for over 27 years was initially a very difficult decision, we met with Jo to discuss this and found a confident knowledgeable and totally likeable estate agent who immediately made us feel at ease about embarking on this journey. Jo sold our property after the first viewing and we both can honestly say it was a much smoother transition than we could have imagined. If there was anything we felt unsure about Jo was available to explain the situation and was spot on with her estimated time frames for things to be completed.
Jo was completely realistic and never said what she thought we wanted to hear she told us what was achievable, was honest and always professional. We never for one second regretted choosing Hestia's it always felt right and having now settled in our new home we can reflect on this time as a really good experience one we had anticipated may be so much more stressful we listened and took on board Jo's advice, she always respected selling a family home was so much more than selling a pile of bricks and mortar and for us our home was a place in which we had laughed much more than ever cried it was a foundation from which our family grew and thrived and as we take with us our memories of all that was great about our 27 years there we also have the memory of the sale that was perfect for us. We really wish now we had done it sooner, but we always feared the selling process, if you are at that thinking stage, we would honestly recommend you call Hestia's you can judge for yourself we really do not think you will be disappointed. It honestly is the best decision we ever made.
