We found the staff friendly and professional, and the service was reasonably priced. Being a local agent their knowledge was very helpful. They dealt with all viewings without us needing to be present. Calls to their Penkridge office were diverted to their central office, which was slightly frustrating but hasn't detracted overall to our review rating.

We should have been the new owners of this property but after having our offer accepted, sending in all of our personal information, the property being marked as sold, the agents sending the property sales information to our solicitor, the agents allowed another prospective buyer to make an offer which was subsequently accepted by the seller.
We now have solicitor fees and mortgage advisor charges to pay but no house!
DISGUSTING! It's about time the laws in England were changed! Put us off looking for another house now!

Dourish and Day have been fantastic throughout our first home buying journey from start to end. They always kept us informed, even when they hadn’t received an update themselves, and we can’t fault the service we received. Extremely quick to respond, we could always get through to someone, helped us to no end (including when our solicitors went a big rogue!), and were always happy to find the answers to our questions, both regarding the house and the house buying process. Both Steve and Aimee are also fantastic! 5??

Had an offer accepted on a property marketed by Dourish and Day was I told lies about the previous owner, the survey couldn't be done as the man couldn't gain access to the property, then had the property taken off the market and wasn't even notified by the estate agents well I wont be using them again the whole process has been a nightmare.

We have used this estate to sell two houses and buy one. The service from start to finish on the intial sales dept to sales progression and then all that encompasses the purchase of the other property was excellent. Prompt, courteous, reasonablly priced and very friendly. We would not hesitate to recommend them to friends as well as use them again in the future if we needed too.

From start to finish the selling of our old house and purchasing of new house we were dealt with respect & humanity throughout, despite the global restrictions that were in place. Right from the first phone call we knew that Dourish & Day were the ones for us and made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. From the initial contract, to photos of our property & purchasing our new home we were thoroughly informed throughout. I could not recommend Dourish & Day enough!

Dourish and Day were absolutely brilliant. Andy was amazing with negotiating our purchase and we got our dream house at a great price. Nicola was brilliant with keeping us updated with the sale progress and it made us feel like we were being looked after. All the staff there were very responsive and it gave me confidence knowing we were in good hands. I would highly recommend ????

Sadly not very professional experience. Enough viewings but do not listen to customers - send people to view when they are not even on market as we have asked, also not kept us updated with property we were going to buy - they sold it before letting us know. Please do not use them if you want an agent you can trust - great promises but sadly no delivery.
