I have known Gill & Mo (Dowling,Styles) for 14 years first as an overhead neighbour and then as a tenant in one of the Flats they manage. I never have to ask twice if I need something done and they were brilliant when I got flooded by an upstairs neighbour. I would not hesitate to recommend their Services to anyone

I have been using Gill and Mo at Dowling Styles for many years now for property lettings and they have never let me down. They are efficient and professional in their approach, but also apply the personal touch which really helps between landlord and tenant relations. Exceptional personal service and support. You want to deal with DowlingStyles! After having issues in August with properties falling through with other estate agents, i found DowlingStyles and they helped find a home quickly. They removed the uncertainty and anxiety - the relationships they have with Landlords ensures that any tenant feels comfortable knowing that it will work our very well. Their communication is quick and by phone, text and email.
Even after the move, they continue to be in touch to ensure you’re settling in well. Gill and the team are excellent and very glad to have met some wonderful people.

In a country where the rental market has gone nuts due to the mortgage interest rates, my (independent) landlord of 14 years served notice. I was fearful of securing a home for my teenage daughter and I, when a friend introduced me to the wonderful Gill of Dowling Styles, who right from the get go, reassured me we ARE moving into our new home!
Communication with Gill has been amazing; over the telephone, email and in person when I've popped into their office where I met Mo too, who shared with me some of her knowledge of the area as my daughter and I are new to West Molesey. What could have been a very difficult time for me, Gill has been incredibly supportive, patient, and understanding, that instead of feeling exhausted and uncertain, I feel positive and excited to be in our new home! Thank you Dowling Styles. You truly are amazing.

One of the best letting agents I have ever dealt with. It must be very difficult to balance the interests of the landlords with those of the tenant, but Gill and Mo manage that time and again. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any landlord or prospective tenant.
