After making Avenue Sale & Lettings aware of our situation, Nick, Jodie & Grace got swiftly into action and the next day we were already viewing properties. The team at Avenue worked tirelessly and in just a couple of weeks they managed to get us settled into our cozy new home.

My experience with Avenue Estates was excellent. For over three months, I had been tirelessly searching for accomodation suitable for my husband and me, reached out to several agencies, but only a few bothered to respond. Avenue Estates was one of them, and they efficiently helped me find a place near my workplace. The processing was quick, and I was able to move in within just two weeks. I highly recommend Avenue Estates to anyone seeking accommodation.

I would definitely recommend Avenue Sales. Ben and Charlotte have been so helpful and really pushed the sale through by contacting the solicitors and estate agents further down the chain.

Me and my partner had such a great experience with Avenue. From viewing the property, to guiding us through the whole experience all the way to completion, we cannot fault them. Ben was there to answer our questions whenever we needed and was so lovely and knowledgeable. Charlotte helped massively towards completion and was a great support. We highly recommend Avenue and will be using them in the future when we are ready for our next home.

Recently used Avenue for selling and from start to finish they was brilliant! Unlike some of the high pressure estate agents iv previously met / used i found them personable, kind, considerate, professional, thorough, hard working and showed brilliant communication throughout. Charlotte particularly went above and beyond what i would normally expect from an estate agent.
Any time i phoned staff new exactly what was happening in the chain which i cannot say for larger companies iv used before.
As a buyer i would prefer a property being sold with them over a number of the other companies.
There has been absolutely no negatives and would use again if i ever move again.

We had a fab experience with Avenue and Lettings - on the sale and purchase of our new home! From start to finish they were professional, helpful and always at the end of the phone if needed.
A special mention to Ben for selling and finding us our beautiful new home - Knowing exactly what we were after and securing it for us. Also to Charlotte for all her assistance and knowledge.

Just completed our sale and purchase through Avenue… this is a stressful time but everything is made easy with Charlotte and Ben. They have a friendly approach which makes them very relatable and easy to speak to. Their expertise in this field helped us find our next home with ease.
