We rented a lovely property through Dukes for 2.5 years and they were the best letting agents we've ever dealt with. They were always really quick to respond if we ever had any issues, their fees were fair and they always dealt with us in a professional and friendly manner. We would highly recommend Dukes to any tenants looking for properties.

I rented a flat in central Exeter, and as estate agents go, Dukes were pretty good.
Issues got sorted pretty quickly, the communal areas were relatively well maintained (minus the stairway light. I think it's still broken), and the agents were always responsive.
Checking out was far more hassle than checking in which was a bit of a surprise, but then I guess policies change after a couple of years.
All in all, they are a fine agents, and I wouldn't think twice about using renting through them again.

I was a first time landlord looking to let my property through a fully managed service and the team at Dukes made the process easier than I ever imagined. From the initial valuation to setting up viewings and through to moving the new tenants in has been made really easy and simple. I'm Looking forward to continuing to work with them in the future!

I rented an apartment through Dukes during longer than 2 years. The staff was always very friendly and helped me a lot with paperwork. They contacted the landlady every time that I was having a problem and problems at the property were fixed very quickly and easily. The fees for tenants were also reasonable in comparison with other companies. I highly recommend this agency!!!

We have used Paul and his team at Dukes for over two years now letting our property in Heavitree. Without exception they are all professional, friendly and efficient. Generally just a nice bunch of people to deal with who keep you informed and always do exactly what they say they will. We highly recommend them.

We have been letting over 5 rental properties with Duke's Lettings for 10 years and have had an excellent service from Paul, Kylie and their team. they have proved invaluable in both advertising vacancies , seeking references, arranging viewings and finding long term tenants who have proved reliable and look after our properties. Dukes have also been very helpful in dealing with advice, information and support where necessary in a timely and helpful way. We would strongly recommend this company to anyone wishing to rent, lease or purchase property.

We have been with Dukes Lettings for some years. Paul and Kylie came to look at our apartment when we decided to let and we couldn't have been more impressed with both of them. They were extremely professional and instilled us with confidence. We were not disappointed and our apartment was let within days. Nothing is too much trouble for Kylie, Paul and their very efficient team; they deal with any queries the tenants may have and we literally don't have to worry about anything at all - they just take over! Because of their expertise, we gave them a second property to look after and again, a tenant was found almost immediately, who stayed until we sold two years later. They are extremely polite and courteous, both with us as landlords and also to the tenants. We just can't recommend them highly enough.

We have been renting our two houses out with Dukes for more than five years now. They are a friendly, professional and efficient team, all at a very reasonable and competitive rate. But the best thing about them is that they give us peace of mind - we trust them with our properties and we know they look after our tenants too. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
