Overall, good experience. The staff was very helpful and understanding of our situation.
There a laid-back team and don't try to over pressurise their customers.
If I was too sell, I don't have any issues with using Duncan Perry.

A credit to a maligned profession, our purchase would not have been possible if it were not for Duncan's help and understanding. Specifically, understanding shown thorugh a fruaght and prolonged mortgage process eventually resolved by Duncan's recommendation. The sale wouldnot have happened otherwise.
Communication was excellent thoughtout.

We were very much impressed by the service provided by Duncan Perry. The sale related to a house outside of Duncan Perry’s usual area, which he kindly agreed to take on, despite the inconveniences involved. The individual circumstances were complex and delicate, it was a difficult time nationally, and we wanted the sale to be managed by someone we already trusted from previous contacts. Throughout the process, Duncan and his team were impeccable in their approach to all parties, helpful in moving things forward, and they navigated the many issues involved in the sale both carefully and effectively, making everything go surprisingly smoothly. A very high quality service at a very reasonable cost. Wholeheartedly recommend.

David and Jo were both friendly and helpful in generating a lot of viewings and guided us through the various ups and downs. David provided good advice throughout in all aspects of our move .

Duncan Perry generated several sales visits fairly quickly one of which resulted in an acceptable offer.The sale then took ages to complete ,due to slow solicitors,even though the chain was only 3 strong.Sarah the lead negotiator persevered in chasing for updates on our behalf on a daily basis.So on that basis I would say I was satisfied with the Duncan Perry service.
