We felt Dunn & Rate did an excellent job of selling our house, the staff were professional and always helpful if we needed information or advice. The aerial photographs of our property showed it at its very best, and the inside photos and information were also excellent. The Staff were friendly throughout and you felt nothing was too much trouble.

So after 3 different valuations louris from dunn & rate assured me i would get a certain amount which i was optimistic not only did louris and her team achieve this they got me 5 grand more ???? from start to finish all the girls communication was amazing.
We can't thank you enough.
We would highly recommend again and again you've dunn a rate good job ????

Dunn & Rate is good. No Contracts signed yet with Solicitor. So a bit early to say how it's gone. I was hoping they would keep me informed of how we was doing. Say once a week. So a bit disappointed . But my house sold the first day.
