Disgusting. This company does not do repairs to properties for rentals !!! Also. They charged me £120 for cleaning services out of my deposit however I left the flat in perfect order I also have video evidence of this I would rate this zero if I could so if you want to feel comfortable or if you have a family to think about do yourselves a favour and choose a different agency such as broomheads as this company are full of liars arob ersand hipercrits... Worst letting agents in blackpool. Will not bother to respond to any requests or queries once you become a tenant. Will try not to return the deposit and make unnecessary deductions. And Avoid them.... Read more

HORRIFIC LETTING AGENT. The levels of low that Marcin, the office manager & his team will stoop to is outrageous. After involving housing enforcement and a local solicitor, neither of which proved their capabilities. Things eventually came right in the end with the help of Blackpool Courts. I received my deposit back from the DPS & DY Property have been exposed for the con artists they remain to be.... Read more

Avoid this agent I was in one of there flats for a year always ignored my emails about things and left me 8 hours with out gas and electricity when I've got disability. I moved out two weeks ago now and refused to re fund my deposit I left the flat in good clean condition and they told DPS a pack of lies saying I left it up clean and needed a full redecoration which it didn't need coz I did it up put new carpets in and blinds the lot. Disgusting how there lieing through there teeth to keep my deposit as the own off that flat is in 4 grand debt to dy so keeping my deposit to re cover some money he owed which isn't fair... I wouldn’t recommend this joke of a letting agency to anyone. This letting agency has been nothing but difficult since I moved into a Dy property in 2018. So many problems occurred whilst I was living at their property, which was continually ignored until I had to physically go down and ask for the problems to be sorted on multiple occasions. A Man had a spare key and kept letting themselves into the property while I (a young girl) was there living alone and they knew I was there and living alone and I asked multiple times for the locks to be changed for my safety (even offered to sort and pay for locks to be changed myself) and they kept straight up refusing and lied multiple times! It’s obvious all they care about is money and don’t care at all about the safety of tenants! I would avoid this letting agency, especially if you’re a young person. Also Marcin is a complete utter liar, remember in order to be a good liar, you must have good memory, which you clearly don’t, which is why you tripped up on your lies so many times, don’t assume because someone is a young girl, that you can get off with this behaviour.... I would never use dy again my landlord changed agents over a year ago and the council carried on paying dy my rent now they have £2500 that they refuse to pay to my new agents and all they can say is get your solicitor to contact us, they constantly lie to you and Martin the owner is the biggest liar out of them all, also they never do the work needed there just thieving liars and none of them can lie straight in bed...
